The data center is engineered for concurrent maintainability and provides 12 distinct private 2800 sq ft sections that can support multiple customers, or single user tenants to 200+ watts psf. Site capacity 15MW with future phases planned. 
Dane County Data Exchange is a carrier neutral data center. The site features an array of network service providers available via secure conduits and diverse entrance facilities. This allows tenants to easily connect to carriers, exchanges and capital markets within Madison’s city limits without a single point of failure.
